Join us for a weekly ecstatic dance session, Fridays from 18h to 20h30, in the cozy wooden shala at Terra Lodge. We start with a guided warmup to tune into the body and drop the turnings of the mind. This week in the format of a Tribal Inititation, with some ice-breakers and full activation of both the body and the imagination. Our resident DJ Gingaí will then weave us through digital music with the refreshing presence of natural and elemental sounds, acoustic instruments and the anchoring touch of the human voice in a journey around the world and beyond. Closing, we surrender to the earth's embrace as guest Suya Robin takes us on a meditative sound journey deeply rooted in gratitude, to leave the experience grounded and refreshed.
