Join us for a weekly ecstatic dance session, Fridays from 18h to 20h30, in the cozy wooden shala at Terra Lodge. We start with a guided warmup to tune into the body and drop the turnings of the mind. A soft easing into flow so that the dance becomes an experience of presence, deep union, and self-liberation. Our resident DJ Gingaí will then weave us through digital music with the refreshing presence of natural and elemental sounds, acoustic instruments and the anchoring touch of the human voice in a journey around the world and beyond. Closing, we’re joined by the talented singersongwriter Dan Água, who will serenade us back into ourselves. A moment to simply receive the medicine songs or to sing along, deeply rooted in gratitude, to leave the experience grounded and refreshed.
